Our Payroll Department provides the following services:

• Calculation and review of salaries, bonuses, 13th month, vacations, and severance settlements
• Salary filing in SIPE and employer/employee contribution reports to the CSS
• Payment of CSS contributions and delivery of employee cards (including courier service)
• Preparation and filing of entry notices with the Social Security Fund
• Staff registration in SIPE and affiliation of foreign workers
• Registration of maternity leave and disability leave
• Notification of payroll closure to the Social Security Fund
• Registration procedures for new companies with the CSS
• Good-standing certificate procedures with the CSS: monthly and upon company closure
• Preparation and filing of Planilla 03
• Preparation of work letters
• Salary and other compensation studies
